Capiofin is a medical billing agency based in Virginia, Free State. We help general practitioners, specialists, and allied health professionals manage their claims, follow-ups, and revenue cycles. Our website address is capiofin.co.za.

What we collect on this website

This is a marketing website. We do not process patient medical data or protected health information through it. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• Your first and last name
• Your practice name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Anything you include in your message

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists, sell your data, or share it with third parties. If we follow up and you are not interested, we delete your details within 90 days unless you become a client.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies. A session cookie may be set to keep the contact form working. We also use a privacy-friendly analytics cookie (Plausible or similar) to count page visits — it does not track you across sites and stores no personal data.

Who sees your data

Contact form submissions are stored on servers within South Africa. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
